The White Tuna (Thunnus alalunga) is captured in the Cantabrian Sea between the months of June to October with the selective fishing gear of hook and line, one by one.

It is characterized by its White and tender meat, mild flavor and juicy texture, thus making it the preferred canned fish for the most exquisite palates.
